    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The recommended cross references are CSD17483F4 for the NFET and CSD25483F4 for the PFET. The competitor's parts have back-to-back gate ESD protection. The TI FETs have single-ended gate ESD protection. You can learn more about ESD protection used in TI FETs at the link below.
