The SEE test report for the TPS73801-SEP shows that it was tested up to 43MeV-cm2 /mg.

Was this part tested up to 75MeV-cm2 /mg? And do you expect it to fail at that level?

    Hi Brendon,

    This part was only tested up to  43MeV-cm2 /mg, so we cannot comment on expectations beyond that. If you're looking for a part that has been tested and characterized up to at least 75MeV-cm2 /mg, then I would recommend the TPS7A4501-SP, which is largely equivalent electrically.
