Could someone provide the simulation model for the TPS23730 IC configured in PSR flyback mode? If unavailable, please suggest an alternative IC with PSR flyback mode that has similar specifications to the TPS23730.

Hi Vangala,

We do not have a Spice model for TPS23730. Its PWM controller is peak current mode with integrated error amplifier integrated and PSR can be applied. You can use a general flyback controller with similar function to simulate.

Could you help to find a flyback model to support Vangala to do a simulation? Below is the requirements. Thanks!

- No FET/magnetic integrated

- PSR flyback

- Vin = 37 - 57 V

- Peak current mode

- Operating frequency = 250 kHz

- Pin <= 60W
