I have some questions for TPS22992 application.
1. According to 10.2 Typical Application in the datasheet, there is maximum acceptable inrush current value as 200mA.
My question is what behavior TPS22992 will be if the inrush over 200mA?
2. If VIN=VBIAS= 5V, CL= 65uF, will the rise time same as Figure7-9? Or it will be slower than the chart.
3. I don't see the internal QOD MOS maximum allow current rating. May I know how to make sure the external QOD resistance is okay?
Any suggestion?
