We are using TPS543B20RVFR in our design to power zynq ultrascale+ XQZU19EG-2FFQB1517I vccint rail(0.85V). We did the test bench simulation at 25A and found the junction temperature to be 85 deg. But when we tried to calculate junc temp using the thermal resistance in datasheet(29.1 c/w) , its exceeding 150 deg. I have attached the test bench simulation.max pd is around 5Watts.Please let us know if any heat sink is required for the buck
