Hi David,

I don't believe the TPS51200 supports LPDDR4.

You might need to look at the TPS65296: https://www.ti.com/product/TPS65296

Also, this document has a summary of our DDR power ICs in Table 4: https://www.ti.com/lit/SLUA886

I don't see LPDDR4 referenced in that table.
