    Hi Graeme,

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    - Could you share your schematic?

    - You may try to enable / disable the alternative inrush

    - The MOSFET selection could be a cause of such failure. Could you share MOSFET datasheet? It is better to be or close to CSD19538Q3A with below features 

    • + Vth(gs) min > 2 V
    • Rds (on) : 50mohm ~ 150mohm at Vgs =10V
    • Ciss : less then 2000pF
    • Qg : less then 50nc
    • BVdss : larger then 100V

    Hi Diang

    The alternative inrush is disable by defalut setting. 

    The MOSFET datasheet and schematic refer to PDF

    This FET has a very low Vth. Could you try one with >= 2V min Vth?
