LM7310: Required connections for ignoring OVLO and PG features.

Part Number: LM7310

Tool/software:

Hi all,

I'm implementing a load switch based on a LM73100RPWR IC. I'm just interested on enabling/disabling a load with a GPIO and slightly limiting inrush current. I want to ignore OVLO and PG features and be sure that I'm disabling them in the right way by connecting it like this:

I'm tying OVLO directly to GND as it can be understood as an active-low enable, and, as far as I understand, OVLO will be disabled by doing this and Vout status will exclusively depends on EN status. Is this right?

Regarding PG pin, as it is an open-drain, there shouldn't be any issue by leaving it floating.

As I'm not using PG output, I guess that I can ignore PGTH (I have connected it to PG because I have seen it like this in other questions of this forums). Can you confirm me that any this won't affect to the IC behaviour at any operation stage (start-up, steady state...)?

Thanks in advance.

All three are correct for your requirement.
