I am looking for an AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified microcontroller with one CAN controller, NOR Flash, ISO 26262 ASIL B, and able to interface with at least 2 LP8865Z Drivers. Other desired features include watchdog timer, slow clock detect, brown out reset, ECC single error detect & correction and double error detect, DAC output. Looking for something that is somewhat radiation tolerant: SEE LET minimum threshold > 37 MeVcm2/mg.
A SPI interface and/or a I2C interface is desirable. Some discrete peripheral I/O is also desired to read the Fault of the LP8865Z.
Can you recommend something?
