I am using the BQ34Z100PWR-G1 component.

The VEN pin is +2.5V or 0V, is this pin push pull or open drain? Do i need to place external pull up?

Hello Maor,

The VEN pin is +2.5V and is open drain. I do not believe this pin needs an external pull up. I would recommend following the schematic of the EVM: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluu904b/sluu904b.pdf
