TPS51396A: TPS51396ARJET - 3.3V regulator output Issue

Hi,

we have designed the 3.3v regulator (TPS51396ARJET) with 12V (V supply fused) input in our circuit. The P Good signals are coming properly for both working and non-working board. But the output voltage does not come. we have probed the output signals for both the working and non-working board. I attached the waveform below,

1. Working Board - BST Pin (C143)

2. Non-working Board - BST Pin (C143)

3. Working board - P good

4. Non-Working Board- P Good Signal

Please give any technical suggestion for this issue. I have attached the schematic for your reference.

Also want to check the difference between working board and non-working board. Are they the same board?

Yes, both working board and non-working board are same configuration board. No differences are there.

Hi,

Please test whether the body diode of each pin to ground exists and whether the value is the same as that of the board without problems. (Use a multimeter, connect the positive end to GND, the negative end to other pins, and select the diode gear).

Also make sure the EN and VCC voltages of the problematic board are normal.
