Hi Tomer,

If you use orderable LP2951-50QDRGRQ1, there is no way to distinguish if legacy or new chip material will be shipped/received. However, if you wish to receive only 300mm material, you can use OPN LP2951-50QDRGRM3Q1, which should be live on the web very soon.

LP2951-50QDRGRQ1 and LP2951-50QDRGRM3Q1 both fall under automotive qualified LP2951-Q1. LP2951-N is a separate, industrial-grade GPN that has another set of OPNs associated with it. Please let me know if you're looking for a specific OPN, and I can help point you in the right direction.
