Hi, I would like to use the TPS56121 converter as an adjustable constant current source for a nonlinear load (diode). The target parameters are: output voltage of a maximum of 8 volts, maximum current of 12 Ampere.
For this I would use current sense resistor with a current sense amplifier plus an additional amplifier for setting the desired current and feed the signal back to the FB pin.
Is there an application note for this or a similar converter? If not, what do I have to pay attention to so that, for example, no unwanted oscillations occur or other stability issues?
