Or do you have minimum -55 deg. C to 125 deg. C rated same rating part or not?

Hello Yenwu,

Please have a look at REF35500QDBVRQ1 device. The performance specs are for -40C to 125C range, but device is functional at -55C. Listed as such in datasheet.

Hi, Shridhar, Do you have a -55 to 125 deg. C similar rated as REF5050A-Q1

which can take 12V input voltage? Thanks. yenwu lo.

Hello Yenwu,

You could consider REF3450QDBVRQ1, which has a recommended max input voltage of 12V.

The absolute maximum ratings list the operating temperature range as -55°C to 150°C. As long as you stay within that range, there should be no permanent damage to the device. However, we only specify device operation between -40°C to 125°C. More information can be found in sections 7.1 and 7.3 of the REF34-Q1 datasheet:
