Tool/software:

Hello TI Team,

After conducting extensive testing, we have found that the ICs are not functioning as expected according to the specified technical requirements.

the following issues have been observed:

There is an issue with Output side of the converter getting 3.32V in standby mode , this voltage is continuously observed after the Enable all functionality.

Earlier We tested Our boards with All Functionality as per our Design and system Requirements  with Previous available ICs .

Test Condition :

Vin : 50V
V_out= 3.28VDC
V_Cboot = 3.981 VDC
Vcc(14no. pin) =7.51VDC

First we Observed a what are the different paths what  are possibilities to provide ICs VCC return.
So we remove a Boot strap capacitor-
not solved.

After that we try to give loading at output side and that time ICs Bootstrap capacitor charge level  6.8V
Isolated all the PGND and AGND -
not solved.

Remove Inductor and Observe voltage at SW pin W.r.t AGND still getting Voltage around 3.98V.

One more clarification test Do on a New Assembled Board Populated  with All Component  as per Application note and TI Regulation Calculator Suggestion. : not solved.

After Remove IC from Circuit Our output voltage is 0.0V

So we Tested Random 5 Piece  ICs From Recently receive 25 Piece.

Could you please investigate the matter and provide us with a solution, whether it be a replacement, a technical fix, or further guidance on troubleshooting?
