While not a curve, information on the FET of the device across temperature is available in FET characteristics section of the electrical characteristics in the datasheet and screen-grabbed below:

Thanks for your reply. TPSI2140-Q1 is rated for 1200-V standoff across temperature, meaning that leakage is always <50 µA. If you need more information, can you please share details about your application?
