TPS61170: TPS61170 as adjustable SEPIC converter

Part Number: TPS61170

Tool/software:

Hello,

I want to have 3-12v input to 3-12v output sepic regulator at maximum of 300-400 mA current, adjustment is via potentiometer. I saw this device which looks promising and cheap enough but I have these questions:

1- for compensation, i just need it to be stable for all loads and all inputs\outputs, can i just use 10k with 22nF?

2- for output coupling capacitor to ensure nice ripple and response, 10uF 1206 X5R is ok?

3- i want to use regular 10uH inductors not coupled inductors, will that be ok? what possible bad thing can happen?

4- is it possible to reach relatively low ripple like 10-30 mv p-p by using multiple parallel capacitors in the output? like 5x10uF 1206 X5R or similar.

5- i want the device to be fully ON when input power is delivered, no control of anything besides output feedback resistors... to do that, can i just hook CTRL pin to VIN by a pullup resistor?

6- if i want to make the exact circuit but to reach 24v input and output, what part number do you recommend? has to be cheap like this one.

best regards,
