Hello Junehee,
Do you mean the current requirement for the IN+ and IN- pins?
UCC21750 is voltage controlled, meaning that the input voltage determines the output logic level. There is a pull-down resistor at IN+ to GND, and a pull-up resistor at IN- to VCC. Thus, there is a leakage current specified in the datasheet.
Hope this helps,
Vivian
Hi Vivian~
I want to know the required current for the Gate pin to operate normally.
Please give me a quick answer.
Hi Junehee,
Due to US national holiday, please expect a delay in response.
Our experts will be back in office next week.
Thank you for your patience!

Hi Junehee,
Can you specify current for which pin? Gate pin, as in OUTH/OUTL? If so, are you talking about VDD current?
VDD current differs when the device is not switching and when the device is switching. When device is not switching, the quiescent current spec is attached below. When the device is switching, the switching current is dependent on the switching frequency as well as the Qg of the power switch it's trying to drive. On average, switching current can be calculated as Qg (gate charge) * f (switching frequency).
