What is the rise time of Vout when EN = Hi?

Please let me know the time for three pattern of Vout percentage below.

[1] 10% -> 90%

[2] 10% -> 60%

[3] 10% -> 40%

circuit conditions：

Vin = typ.13.5V(range: 9~16V)

Vout = 5V *We use fixed model.

Iout = 0mA

Cout = 10uF

TJ = –40 to +150 degree

Hello,

I captured measurements using an EVM and here are the results:

Vin = 13.5V = channel 1 = yellow
Ven = 0 to 5V = channel 2 = red
Vout = 5V (fixed) = channel 3 = blue

10% to 90%: 139.8 us

10% to 60%: 55.6 us

10% to 40%: 23.6 us

I have additional one question and one request.

- Are these waveform results measured at room temperature?

- Could you measure at low temp. environment (i.e. -40 degree) and high temp. environment (i.e. 90 degree)?

Yes, I can take measurements at both temperatures. The test equipment used to make measurements across temperature is in heavy demand. Please allow me 3-4 business days to capture this data (hopefully much sooner).
