UCC28704: 400Vin buck controller that is FUSA rated/UL documentation.

UCC28704 is not a Q1 rated parted. We have other Q1 rated parts which might confirm to specific things in functional safety, but not everything. But we only have offline flyback controllers, but not buck controllers at this voltage.

You need to achieve FS at the system level, not at IC level. Please elaborate more details on the system requirement so we can better assist.
