Could you help double confirm WEBENCH® POWER DESIGNER LM5163/LM5164 frequency setting?

326kHz --> calculation result 38.3k

Btw, LM5163-LM5164DESIGN-CALC is match datasheet formula

Hi Hung,

You need to select " user preferred frequency" in the Wbench as shown to choose the frequency option. For schematic design recommend you to use datasheet equations.

Dear Nitya

After key in 326kHz, and touch redesign.

Frequency auto change to 367.64kHz, Ron = 38.3kohm

367.64kHz, Ron = 38.3kohm

Result can't match datasheet formula

Base on datasheet and excel tool, 367.64kHz get Ron = 34k

Hi Jason,

Recommend to follow datasheet equation. The formula that is used in the Webench is incorrect. I will ask internally about this and rectify.
