LM27762: Please recommend a more suitable material

My customer need a charge pump with a +-6V output and a current greater and at least 150mA output as LCD power supply , do you have a recommendation?

I see LM27762 which only have +-5V output. Could you give some suggestion for +-6V output devices?

I think this use case would require a Mid Vin device.

What input voltage is planned for this application?

input voltage is 3.3 or 5V.

I see TPS65131-Q1 is good. Is this best choose for this case?

thanks for your feedback.

This input voltage range requires some step-up converter, as it is lower than the desired output voltage.

The TPS65131-Q1 is already a suitable device.

But will connect you to the experts of the Display Power team for better support. (I'm supporting only step-down converter.)

Do you need an automotive qualified device?
