We have designed a board for 5V 5A using the EVM as the reference, The circuit is giving 5V when tested at the output but when attached to a load of 4A, the voltage drops to 2V.
Can I know why is that ?
The Radj is 2.1k, the feedback resistors are 10k and 3.4k. We were getting 4.92V when using 3.4k so switched it to 3.3k to get 5V. And the MOSFET used is NP15P06SLG. The diode is DST10100S. And Inductor used is BFSI00121109150M05.

I think you are talking about the load current derating of the LM5085 EVM. Please refer Figure 2 in the User's Guide.
Also, please share the completed Quick Start excel file and the schematic if you need a further investigation.

I think It means the MOSFET temperature was changed or the current sense input is different. Please check if ADJ-ISEN traces are routed in parallel and connected to the MOSFET directly.

The ADJ pin is 11mm far from the MOSFET. And, the ISEN is connected to source of the MOSFET, and the gate comes from the LM5085 IC, then from drain to the output connections is this correct ?
I am bit confused now, the ADJ pin should be connected to the drain? Because the above circuit ADJ pin is connected to Rsen which would be connected to Source of the MOSFET.
