Hi there, a customer is trying to use this part, and needs some details around the ACTUAL qual testing that was done for LM4050QAIM3-2.5/NOPB:
Looking at the quality report for this specific device (p/n LM4050QAIM3-2.5/NOPB), the conditions for the Temp cycle and High Temp Operating life test just says “per grade requirements”. The datasheet does not specify the conditions under which these tests have taken place, and they need to know what was actually done.
For Temp cycle, they would typically need 500 cycles of -55 to 150C but could accept some variations.
For High temp operating life, they would need a 1000hr test at 125C but could again accept some variations.
Could you provide the conditions at which the tests for the LM4050QAIM3-2.5/NOPB were run for TC and HTOL?
