Hi TI Support Team,

I am using the part TPSI3052 Gate Driver IC in my Current Design may I know what is the minimum and absolute Enable Current that is required for the gate driver IC (TPSI3052) when it is working in 3-Wire Mode.

i appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hello Harshitha Mekala,

    Thank you for reaching out to our team over E2E.

    In 3-Wire Mode, the enable pin, pin 1, will sink less than 10uA. 

    The voltage required to enable the TPSI3052 (VEN) is 2.1V when  VVDDP is 3.3V and VEN is 3.85V when VVDDP is 5V.  This information can be found on page 8 of the datasheet.
