In particular this part here “...we do coating at wafer level, which is impossible to add Dowsil 1-2577”

What the customer is planning to do is to use conformal coating on our PCBAs, to be applied on top of the 2 components

Is that something that they can do or are there any restrictions in doing so?

Got it, we have same process with other ICs, so, it should be ok to use coating on our device. Actually, i thinkg it is more depend on process control about their PCBA building.
