LM25116: Simulation of LM25116 (negative voltage)

Dear Engineers,

I want to design a variable output DC-DC converter to convert 12V to -1V to -20V at 4A, the base on the power design Wenbench, I got the following schematic:

The I want to do a simulation, I wanted to check if I need to make the simulation form scratch myself or I can find it ? Can I find a reference design for this negative voltage? I mean using LM25116 in Cuk or flyback configuration? and related simulation files?

Hello,

There is a PSPICE model posted on the project folder: https://www.ti.com/product/LM25116

However, you will need to follow the recommendations of Section 4.4.3 in this application note when simulating negative output designs: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snva856b/snva856b.pdf

These models are not designed for IBB configuration, so the workaround in the above application note is necessary to estimate their performance.
