The TPSM5D1806 datasheet has the absolute and recommended maximum voltage stated, clipped image below.
Using a nominal of 15V with a recommended max of 15V and abs max of 16V, does not give you any margin for variation on the input voltage or transient changes.
If 15V is your nominal voltage, I would suggest the TPSM843620 and TPSM843A22 which have a recommended maximum of 18V
