the differences in the suffix are the two digits "BX" what does each letter mean?
Your explanation could explain only that "X" regarding your chart.
It would be great to get die differences documented more detailed incl. official datasheet.

I just checked with the team, and the only difference between the LM285BX-1.2-N and LM285-1.2-N is the tempco as I described above. The "B" has no effect on performance, and only the "X" suffix has a functional effect between these two parts.
Additionally, I would recommend you consider the LM4041 family of devices as it is a newer device that is pin to pin with the LM285 family of devices.
