Hi Sir,

we replaceed the competitor, but the customer found that our output ripple seemed not good of competitor, in verified under the same conditions,

since are all in COT control mode, there any improvements or suggestions?

Vin=12v, Vout=3.3v/0.2~0.3A. the test result compared with competitor as follows:

TPS562203: output ripple mean value_66mV

competitor: output ripple mean value_15mV

Hi Tommy,

From the waveform, looks like competitor part is FCCM version. Could you pls kindly check? If yes, we have TPS563206 which is also FCCM mode and can improve light load output ripple. Thank you!

Hi Tommy,

Competitor device is 800kHz while TPS562203 is 600kHz. If customer don't want to change inductor and output capacitor but still need to improve the output ripple and prefer Power save mode device, I would suggest they can try with TPS562243 which is 1.2MHz switching frequency. Thank you!
