It says the specifications of creepage/clearance are as follows (all 14.5mm).
But where is the measure point on the package? From the package outline, it is difficult to understand.

Hi Jieyu,
There seems to be a typo on the datasheet. The external clearance/creepage is 8mm instead of 14.5mm. The ISO5852S-Q1 datasheet provides the correct numbers. https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/iso5852s-q1.pdf
