TPS65132: About the integrated boost and its bypass function when Vin is high

Part Number: TPS65132

Tool/software:

Hi team,

I am looking at the datasheet of TPS65132.

The function of the IC says that the inverting side will be made by boosting the input signal and inverting it.

How will the ic perform when Vout is larger than the negative output. For example, Vin = 5V and Vout+ = 4.5V and Vout-=-4.5V.

It seems the positive side will be regulated to 4.5V as there is and LDO in the output but I have concerns on the negative side.

Thanks,

Luke
