Hello our HSS are limited to 1-2kHz. I have linked an application note on driving PWM loads with TI HSS.
If needing to go beyond, this can be accomplished by reassigning the PWM switching duties from the HSS to a separate low-side switch, such as ULN2003A, which is capable of much higher-frequency operation.

HI,
Thanks for your kind response.
I am looking for high side driver with below specification:
Enable (PWM) = 3.3V, 1000Hz should support for 1% duty cycle
Vcc= 24V typical
Iload = 3A
inbuilt MOSFET
Can you please suggest high side switch driver with above mentioned specification?
Regards,
Prakat
Hello Prakat,
1000Hz at 1% duty cycle
Period = 1/1000 = 0.001
On time (s) = 0.001 * .01 = 0.00001s
The 1% duty cycle would create an on time that is too fast for our HSS. Unless the above high side and low side architecture is used this cannot be supported. If a low side switch is used to handle the PWM switching the TPS1H100 would work with your desired parameters.

Alan
