LM5036: the schematic review of Power=500W

Hi Ti guys

I am now using TM5036 to make a 550W output

Vin=48V,Vout=24V,Iout=23A

The primary side uses three MOS in parallel, and the secondary side uses two MOS in parallel.
Do LM5036 and UCC21225 have sufficient drive capability?

I am worried that this multi-MOS parallel circuit will lead to increased switching loss of MOS

Hi,

Please provide your MOSFETs datasheets (gate charge), and switching frequency, LM5036 bias voltage, to help decide if ok. Basically, with these, you can also do the estimation. But if you provide these to us, we can help to review your estimation. As a designer, it is better you know how to do the estimation. You can refer to the below application note.
