Tool/software:
We have received parts with P/N: CSD18504Q5A, and we found there are excess residue since inside the reels/original from packaging. We unable to use this extra residue especially parts especially these parts are building beside other component. We feedback to sales team lily.you@ti.com, and she suggest we go to E2E forum
Is it defined on datasheet? Are there any international standard criteria allowed excess residue?
