TPS1H000-Q1: SPICE Simulation

Folks,

I am trying to simulate the TPS1H000-Q1 using TI Spice.

Unfortunately the simulation will not work, it is aborted showing the following message:

ERROR(ORPSIM-15141): Less than 2 connections at node /FAULT.

Any idea??

Hi Carsten,

Are you using the FAULT pin in your circuit? Can you try tying it to GND and retrying?

Hi Patrick,

leaving FAULT floating will help, grounding does not work.

But this only works for TI SPICE

Doing the same in other SPICE tools like LT Spice will not fix the problem.

no I haven't.

I received the feedback from the product line that there is something wrong with the spice model.

They will look into this
