Just to confirm, the PACK pin voltage when measured externally is showing 18V and on bqStudio it is being read as 23V? If possible, can you please share the .gg file of the gauge settings and how you are going about the calibration?

In the fuel Gauge window we can able to see the correct Voltage (Sum of all 5 Cells).But the pack voltage is showing 23V.

It showing around 23V while measuring ,In the fuel Gauge I have calibrated and then the value changed in GUI, But pack pin shows 23V

We tried to give the commands but the command fails, So i could not able to send the manufacturer command.

Only the fuel gauge window is deducting and values displayed are found to be correct.

Kindly do the needful to proceed further.

Hi Max,

What security mode is the gauge in when the commands are attempted to be sent? If the gauge is sealed, then it will need to be unsealed to use Manufacturer commands.
