BQ34Z100-G1: SOC information was wrong!!

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

Tool/software:

Hello.

I have a question.

I made a 24V solar charging/discharging system,

It is found that the SOC information of the battery that is read by the I2C bus suddenly reads strangely.

If you look at the Excel file I attached,

From December 14th, the voltage drops, but the SOC value tends to be maintained/increased, not decreased.

After 16:00 on the 15th, the voltage continue to drop, but the SOC not change.

Finally, at 7:33 a.m. on December 16, the SOC was 72, but the voltage was 17.8 V and the battery was completely discharged.

The IC is BQ34Z100-G1.

The battery is BST 6.7AH,  25.6VDC . part no:  PP-IFR26650G2W-8S2P

I'm also attaching the golden image I made.

Please check what the problem is.

thank you.
