Just occasionally, this is a mass production project with a high failure rate. pin1 SW have no signal.
The impedance of SW pin to GND is infinite, but good is 2-3M Ω.
The impedance of VIN pin to GND is infinite, but good is 3.2MΩ.

The layout area is not big enough to check all the traces. For example, how is the D4 placed and connected to GND?
Well, I think the issue is caused by the high spike at SW pin, which is related to not optimized layout. If available, you may capture the voltage waveforms at SW pin to verify.
Another trying is to add two resistors with 1Ω or a little bigger in series with C30 and C43, respectively.
