I verified the EVB kit of LM34936
Here's a problem.
In buck-boost 12Vin to 12Vout and original BOM condition.
When the High side MOSFET in boost mode turns off, the problem of Vgs being too high is measured.
The original BOM is equipped with "BSC039N06NS", Vgs(th) is 2.1-3.3V
I measured 2.81V and lasted 2.2ns, it over the minimum value of 2.1V.

How do I judge whether there is no Shoot-Through in the high side MOSFET? Should I care about this excessively high Vgs?
