    Hello,

    We have our LM210x series, which are half-bridge gate drivers dedicated for motor applications. Is your application for automotive use? Do you require any special features, such as integrated bootstrap diode, deadtime, 5V or 8V UVLO, or single PWM?

    Yes, my application is for automotive. I want to find gate driver with integrated bootstrap diode.

    Hello,

    For automotive half-bridge gate drivers with integrated bootstrap diode, we recommend the UCC27301A-Q1 or the UCC27311A-Q1. The former has cross-conduction protection and another package option.
