Hi team,

I'd like to ask TPSM846C24MOLR whether the material is in a special process or is it specially designed to withstand radiation?

Or whether the PMIC option for the same die as this original can be recommended.

My customer's space project has recently selected several of our large current PMICs for SEE (single event effects) radiation testing.

Only this one that passes this one at this time, they want to do a survey.

Hi Jenny,

As far as I know, TPSM846C24 module is not specifically manufactured to withstand radiation.

The only space products I know of are on the 2024 space guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/sg/slyt532j/slyt532j.pdf

However they don't go up to 36A nor do they have same die.
