LMR16010 will experience a sudden drop in 25V output voltage at high temperatures, as shown in the attachment ;How to solve it ？

Another piece of information needs to be synchronized:
In the ALT test (alternating operation in -40 ℃~70 ℃/80% RH environment), a similar situation also occurred. The sample with this problem usually shows a short circuit after a few days. After analysis, it was also found that there was a problem with the power supply of this circuit. The symptom was a short circuit in the C47 capacitor, which was replaced and restored to normal.

    Hi Anson,

    Just a few questions:

    • What's the rough percentage of the boards or samples that have the Vout drop or Cout damage issues?
    • For the units that have the Vout drop issue, can it work normally at first?
    • Also for the units that have the Vout drop issue, could you try to disconnect all the load at the VBridge node and check whether the Vout will still drop suddenly?
    • Could you measure the Vin, SW voltage and inductor current together with the Vout?
    • Could you provide the layout for check?
