BQ25895: VBUS can be used to power external devices

Hello,

I currently designing a product using a BQ25895. The system has a battery that can be charged from VBUS, an input from USB Type C connector. My question is if OTG pin is pulled up to a logic high, VBUS can supply power to external devices or PMID pin must be used to this purpose?
