Hello,
I was wondering what is the maximum rating of the positive gate voltage that can be applied on CSD25485F5, while it is turned off. I couldn't find any information on this in the datasheet. Thank you!

Hello Tudor,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD25485F5 includes single-ended ESD protection diode from gate-to-source. The ESD diode will conduct when the gate voltage is higher than the source voltage. The typical VF is about 700mV at 1mA & 25°C. There is no gate current limiting protection and an external gate resistor should be added to prevent damaging the diode if it is forward biased in the application. Below is a link to a technical article on the types of gate ESD protection used in TI FETs. The ESD diode is designed for a max current of ~35mA. Please let me know if you have any questions.
