LM4510: What is the INIT_CHARGE current?

The datasheet mentions a current called INIT_CHARGE a couple of times, but I don't find that current defined anywhere. What are the specs for that current?

Unfortunately, I also cannot find the typical value of it in the datasheet.

The estimated value is about 250mA. please see picture in datasheet.

BTW, the device is quite old, and some data are hard to find.

now there are new devices with similar function and small size.

The application is a battery-powered consumer measurement device which also has health and law enforcement uses. Input to the boost converter is a single Li-ion cell, and the output is 16 V @ 100 mA or sometimes more. The load is an OLED display, so the load current is highly variable and changes quickly. Our first prototypes used the TPS61093, but its control loop was much too slow, so we saw load-damaging overshoot on turn-on, as well as poor load regulation. We looked at various replacement options, including the TPS61046 (less output current than TPS61093), TPS61376 (needs external diode), TPS61378-Q1 and the LM5157 (needs external diode). Also, the LM4510 is much less expensive than the others, which matters a lot to us. It performs much better than the TPS61093 did.
