Tool/software:

When using TPS709, when the output voltage is 3.3V and the output current is Iout=20uA, and the input voltages are 1V/1.5V/2V/3V/3.5V, what are the grounding currents of TPS709

    Hi Zhong,

    Fig 6-14 and 6-15 from the datasheet show this information. The ground current does not increase significantly with respect to load current. Assuming EN is not open, and TA = 25 deg C, the ground currents for the voltages mentioned are 1.2μA, 1.2μA, 1.2 μA, 1.25μA, 1.3μA respectively. A precise lab measurement may not be available for this part.
