Hello Mohamed,

Thank you for your interest in TI power-conversion controllers.

The UCC28180 is a Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller, usually used for hundreds to thousands of watts.
In general, an off-line 6-Watt converter does not need PFC.

For a simple, low-cost, isolated off-line converter, I suggest to consider using one of the UCC28750 controllers.
