The TPS63060 PS/SYNC pin does not work when directly connected to ground, as I don't get any output voltage. However, when I connect it to the input voltage, it works, and I get the output voltage.
According to the datasheet, connecting the PS/SYNC pin to ground should enable power-save mode.
