I want to know TPS723-Q1 lifetime untill fail for the device (available period)

I looked up the data sheet, but I couldn't find an answer

I want to check all the temperature conditions when the temperature conditions are 25℃, 85℃, and 100℃, but it would be better if there is a life graph according to the temperature conditions

I need time data to use the product like 5 years, 10 years, etc. or 24500 hours
